Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri Island
Full Day private car, boat and walking tour.
Pompeii is one of the most popular and important sights in Italy. From the Bay of Naples your are driven you along the picturesque Bay of Naples and on to the excavations. This time capsule attraction has fascinated visitors for centuries. You join their ranks as you stroll among artifacts, ruins and remnants of this once-bustling port city, snuffed out in a split second when Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. From here you continue along the spectacular coast and stop at Sorrento from where you catch a fast ferry to Capri. After lunch in a typical trattoria you explore the Capri town with its elegant streets and spectacular villas hidden behind lush vegetation. The return ferry takes you along the Sorrentinian pennisula directly to the pier where your ship is docked. |
